This platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By accessing adessoqui, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We record your IP address, timestamp, and user agent at the time of age verification for legal compliance purposes. We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time and to immediately terminate accounts suspected of belonging to minors.
adessoqui is an adult social networking platform for travelers. Users can post travel announcements, send time-limited messages, and check in to locations. The platform facilitates connections between consenting adults. adessoqui does not arrange, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, prostitution, or human trafficking. Users are solely responsible for their offline interactions.

All messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 48 hours. Announcements expire after 24 hours. Users are solely responsible for content they post. We do not pre-moderate content but investigate all reports. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
Users may upload up to 3 photos per post (JPG, PNG, WebP, max 5MB each). Photos are automatically resized. The following rules apply:

Any use of the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to exploitation, trafficking, or involvement of minors, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Premium features and boost services are processed via Stripe. All prices are in EUR. Services are non-refundable once activated. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing. We do not store payment card details.
The adessoqui name, logo, design, and software are owned by Alpha Prophet Limited. Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it on the platform during the content's active period.
adessoqui is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to interactions between users, data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify Alpha Prophet Limited against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section. Upon deletion, your personal data is erased per our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law if you are an EU resident.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
